At ShopTrueLove, our priority is to ensure your order is crafted with care and delivered safely, efficiently, and transparently. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, your order enters production. Because each piece is custom-made, processing typically takes 3–5 business days. As soon as production is complete, your order ships immediately.
Design Review & Revisions
To ensure your jewelry is exactly how you imagined it, we include a design review step after your order is placed:
- You’ll receive an email with your personalized design.
- You may approve the design or request changes.
- If changes are requested, we’ll send an updated version for approval.
- If we don’t receive a response within 24 hours, the design will be automatically approved so production can continue without delay.
This process gives you full control and helps ensure your piece turns out just right.
Shipping Methods
We work with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and equivalent international partners. The carrier used depends on your destination and the fastest, most reliable option available.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States
- Production: 3–5 business days
- Shipping: 5–7 business days
International Orders
Delivery times vary by country and typically range between 7–14 business days after shipment.
Please note: delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your package in real time until delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Free shipping is available on orders over $75.
Important Information
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
- Returned or undeliverable orders are held for up to 30 days. After this period, the item may be discarded.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
